About Us

If you have looked over our website, you may be wondering what exactly we offer.  You may even possibly be wondering where our “different” business name came from.  Hopefully this section explains all of that!
First off, I would love to introduce myself.  My name is Brooke and I am a mom of 4 awesome children.  I started this business 4 years ago with the impression of it only going as far as friends and family.  Within the past year, I was blown away by all of the love and support of my family, friends, and customers.  Without each one of you, none of this would ever be possible.  In case I haven’t told you, you are important and you are amazing, and I appreciate you so much more than you will ever know.
Hay Auby J Designs is actually abbreviations of my children’s names.  We offer so many things and the list grows so often, so it’s impossible to list it all here and keep up with it.  Please feel free to have a look around and if there is anything you have a question about or would like more information on, please do not hesitate to reach out to me!

FAQs

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.  Any exceptions will be made at our sole discretion.  Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item and/or order.

Should an exception be made to accept the return or exchange of your order, the following will apply:
• Hay Auby J Designs has a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return.  This policy includes all printed items, as well as any other type of item you may purchase from our company.  Please ensure that everything is correct and in great condition before the 5-day return period is up.• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.  You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.• To start a return, you can contact us at hayaubyjdesigns@gmail.com.  Should your return be approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You will be responsible for return shipping.  We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment.  Therefore, we highly recommend an insured and trackable mail service.  We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery. 
• We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you will have three options: to be refunded to the original form of payment, shop credit, or having the item(s) replaced and sent back out to you at no additional cost to you - for damaged items.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Processing and Turnaround Time

Orders are currently being processed within 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) and in the order in which they are received.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing higher than normal order volume, it may delay us a few days, but we will always reach out via email.
Custom orders will be processed in the order in which they are received and turnaround times may vary depending on volume of pending custom orders.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Shipping rates and delivery times are subject to change.  Please make sure your address is correct at checkout.  After the carrier accepts your package, Hay Auby J Designs is not responsible for delayed, stolen, or lost packages.  An additional shipping fee will be assessed to ship any returned packages.

Damages or Other Potential Issues

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. Should there be any damages or other issues, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.  While we do not offer returns, we will address each situation accordingly.
Hay Auby J Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  Therefore, we highly recommend selecting an insured and trackable mail service at checkout.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the order is something that was caused prior to shipping, please email us at hayaubyjdesigns@gmail.com.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.​
